Sage Built Entry to Moore County Home of the Year Contest
For more that two decades, the Moore County Home Builders Association (MCHBA) has been calling attention to the best builders in the Sandhills via its Home of the Year Contest. Builders submit candidate home in categories based on the homes’ prices, and the homes are judged by a panel of industry experts from across the Carolinas. In 2008, judges toured the homes and scores were higher than ever this past year, with one entry scoring a perfect 50 out of 50 possible points.
Sage Built has entered it’s largest of the 5 units currently under construction, The Summerlin, in expectation of really impressing the judges with it’s quality workmanship, attention to detail, and very inviting open floor plan. Judging takes place on Nov. 12th and the home will be closed for viewing that day, so please stop by and talk to a Sage Built Sales Associate in our model home to schedule a time to see our anticipated award winning show home.
